Skills and Experience

Technical Skills:

Advanced Communication Skills:

  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Web Technologies Proficiency:

  • Intermediate understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Hands-on experience using these technologies to troubleshoot and optimize customer integrations.

E-commerce and CMS Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of eCommerce principles and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) for seamless integrations.

Ticket-Based Workflow:

  • Experience working with ticket-based workflow.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently within a collaborative team environment.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Proven ability to analyze and solve complex issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills in addressing customer integration challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines with prioritized tasks for an efficient workflow.

Person Specification

If applicable, candidates with previous customer support experience are highly valued. This includes hands-on experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical support or assistance, along with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver exceptional service.

Additionally, familiarity with API integration concepts and practices is advantageous. Candidates with previous experience in implementing and troubleshooting API connections will be given special consideration.

Salary & Benefits

Salary will be based on your current knowledge of the above technologies. Together with a profit share program. We are not looking for Jobhoppers but somebody that becomes part of the Vurbis Team. After a probationary period the goal is to move to a permanent contract.
